- Favourites: the property references you save are stored in your browser only (not transmitted to us unless you submit a viewing request)

3. Purpose of processing

- Replying to your inquiries and arranging property viewings
- Sending you matching property suggestions when you have specified search criteria
- Sending educational and newsletter content if you have explicitly opted in
- Understanding website usage to improve our services (anonymised analytics)

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

5. Recipients of your data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share it only with the following processors who help us operate the service, under a Data Processing Agreement (DPA):
- Brevo (Sendinblue Iberia, S.L.U.) — transactional email delivery; EU-based
- Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager) — website analytics; EU/US, with EU Standard Contractual Clauses
- IONOS — website hosting; EU-based
- Partner real estate agencies and developers — only when matching a specific property requires it, and only with your explicit prior agreement at the moment of matching
6. International transfers
Some of our processors (notably Google) may transfer data outside the European Economic Area. These transfers are governed by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, or by an equivalent legal safeguard recognised under GDPR.
7. Retention period
- Contact and viewing inquiries: for as long as necessary to handle your request, plus up to 24 months for relationship continuity
- Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe (one-click in every newsletter footer)
- Analytics data: 14 months (Google Analytics default retention)
- Tax and commercial records: for the period required by Spanish law (typically 4–6 years)
